If you cancel your order before it is sent, it will be canceled and we will proceed to a full refund of the amount you paid.

If you cancel the order or it cannot be delivered due to causes attributable to the customer (prolonged absence, incorrect shipping address, order not picked up at the delivery point ...), after 10 days from the dispatch of the order, it will be returned to our facilities. We will immediately proceed to refund the amount paid deducting the shipping and return costs
